All custom items are non-refundable. Because these items are customized per order, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
Please allow 10 days for delivery of custom logo merchandise. We are unable to offer refunds for custom items. Should your custom items be defective, you will be able to exchange the item(s) or obtain credit only when you return the items. Because these items are customized, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
To allow us to properly credit your account, please adhere to the following procedures:
- All original tags must remain attached to the garment
- Clothing must not be worn except for trying on
- Absolutely no returns can be accepted for any reason later than 15 calendar days from the date your order shipped
